Stingray Radio, a subsidiary of Stingray, has agreed to acquire the assets of CHUP-FM (C97.7) in Calgary, Alberta from Rawlco Radio pending approval from the CRTC. This acquisition will strengthen Stingray’s presence in Calgary and add to its existing portfolio of 33 radio licenses in Alberta and 96 radio stations across Canada. The transaction is expected to be approved in the second quarter of Fiscal 2027, with financial terms undisclosed. Stingray is a global music, media, and technology company providing various music, digital, and advertising services to enterprise brands worldwide.
