Galeries Lafayette appoints Elsa Haddad as director of finance, strategy, and transformation, part of a series of leadership changes. She will oversee budget construction, reporting to CEO Arthur Lemoine. Previous appointments include Alexandre Liot as deputy CEO and Harold Israel as director of specialized activities. The retailer is modernizing and expanding globally.

Haddad returns to strategic leadership after starting as a consultant in 2013. Galeries Lafayette is focusing on omnichannel growth, investing in physical stores and digital platforms. The group operates 19 stores in France and has international locations. Recent investments include refurbishing the Boulevard Haussmann flagship and plans for expansion in India.
