Exco Technologies (XTC.TO) reported a fourth-quarter profit of C$8.23 million, or C$0.22 per share, beating Street estimates. This is an increase from last year’s earnings of C$7.73 million, or C$0.20 per share. Analysts had expected earnings of C$0.12 per share. However, the company’s revenue for the period decreased by 3.1% to C$150.70 million from C$155.45 million last year. Exco Technologies’ GAAP earnings for the quarter show positive growth in earnings and EPS compared to the previous year.
