Intercap Equity Inc. has agreed to acquire 3.6 million shares of Docebo Inc. for $68.1 million. The deal is expected to close by February 27, 2026, with Intercap and its CEO owning 56.78% of Docebo. The purchased shares will be held for investment purposes. Docebo’s stock closed at C$29.26, up 0.17% on the Toronto Exchange.
