Different valuation models, such as the App Capital model and Metcalfe’s Law, price ETH between $4,633 and $9,484, showing that the asset is undervalued by at least 52% up to over 211%. The Layer-2 framework values ETH at $4,633, indicating a 52% undervaluation.
Despite debates on how to value Ethereum, traditional models may not fully capture the value of digital assets and decentralized networks. However, the Revenue Yield model suggests that ETH is overvalued by more than 57%, with a fair price of $1,296 based on network revenue and staking yield.
