The investment was made at a purchase price of $414.79 per share. Nvidia’s CEO, Jensen Huang, highlighted the impact of CUDA GPU-accelerated computing on design, enabling faster simulation and creating digital twins in the computer. The partnership with Synopsys will utilize AI to revolutionize engineering and design practices.

Synopsys CEO Sassine Ghazi emphasized the need for deeper integration of electronics and physics in developing intelligent systems.
