Shares of Boeing were the best performing Dow Jones component, up 1.4% in early trading. Year to date, Boeing has gained 30.0%. Procter & Gamble was the worst performer, down 1.3% and 7.5% lower year to date. McDonald’s traded down 1.1% while Salesforce was up 0.8% on the day.
