CGI has acquired Online Business Systems, an IT consulting firm based in Winnipeg. This acquisition will expand CGI’s reach among enterprise clients in Canada and the United States. More than 350 professionals are joining CGI as a result of the acquisition. Michael Godin, President of CGI Canada, stated that this acquisition strengthens their presence in Winnipeg and enhances their portfolio of services with expertise in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and AI.
