The Consumer Products sector follows, up 0.8%. Deckers Outdoor Corp. and Tesla Inc show gains of 4.2% and 4.0%. The iShares U.S. Consumer Goods ETF is down 0.4% midday but up 5.23% year-to-date. Deckers Outdoor Corp. is down 52.91%, while Tesla Inc is up 10.57% year-to-date.
