Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s shares dropped 5% after reporting fourth-quarter revenue at $9.68 billion, missing the expected $9.94 billion. The server segment revenue was $4.46 billion, below forecasts of $4.58 billion. CFO Marie Myers attributed the shortfall to AI service timing and low government spending. Despite challenges, HPE exceeded earnings expectations at 62 cents per share. Server revenue decreased 10% from the previous quarter. Fiscal 2026 first-quarter revenue is projected between $9 billion to $9.4 billion, falling short of the $9.87 billion forecasted by FactSet analysts.
