Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) shares surged 22% as revenue grew 48% to $350 million in Q3. Subscription ARR rose 34% to $1.35 billion, with a 27% increase in customers with ARR of $100,000+. Gross margin improved to 80.5%, net loss per share narrowed to $0.32, and positive adjusted earnings of $0.10 per share were reported.

CEO Bipul Sinha highlighted Rubrik’s benefits in the AI transformation. The company’s cash flow rose nearly fivefold to $76.9 million, with management guiding for full-year revenue of $1.28 billion and free cash flow of $194 million to $202 million. Rubrik aims to lead in data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.

However, despite Rubrik’s success, the Motley Fool Stock Advisor team did not include it in their list of the 10 best stocks for investors to buy now. The list has historically produced significant returns, such as $556,658 from investing $1,000 in Netflix in 2004.
