European stocks were flat on Tuesday as investors awaited the outcome of the Federal Reserve’s meeting. German exports rose by 1.2% in July, beating expectations of a 0.5% increase. The DAX was up 0.2% while the CAC 40 and FTSE 100 were both trading slightly lower. Investors are cautious ahead of the Fed’s decision on interest rates.
