System sales for TH International Limited increased by 12.8% year-over-year to RMB419.9 million, with positive same-store sales growth of 3.3% for company-owned stores. The quarter ended with 27.9 million registered loyalty club members, marking a 22.3% year-over-year growth. The unaudited financial results for the third quarter of 2025 were announced by Tims China, the exclusive operator of Tim Hortons in China.

Total revenues for the third quarter of 2025 were RMB358.0 million, a 0.4% decrease from the same quarter in 2024. Company-owned store contribution was RMB21.8 million, down from RMB39.9 million in the same quarter of 2024. The decrease in revenues was offset by an increase in other revenues due to the expansion of the franchise business.

TH International Limited reported an operating loss of RMB65.7 million for the third quarter of 2025, compared to RMB55.9 million in the same quarter of 2024. Adjusted corporate EBITDA was a loss of RMB15.0 million, with a negative margin of 4.2%. Net loss from continuing operations was RMB73.8 million for the quarter.

The company successfully issued approximately US$89.9 million in senior secured convertible notes due September 2029 and completed strategic transactions to focus on store network development. A new eco-friendly straw developed with Tencent’s CarbonXmade program was launched.
