Strategy CEO Phong Le rejects the idea of never selling Bitcoin, stating the company would sell if needed to fund dividends below a certain level. Michael Saylor also shifted stance, saying Strategy can sell Bitcoin, pay dividends, and continually increase its Bitcoin holdings. Strategy recently announced a $1.44 billion cash reserve for dividend payments.
