Russell Grissett has been appointed as the global food president at Sealed Air, bringing decades of experience from Toppan Packaging Americas and Sonoco. Grissett’s customer focus and leadership style will drive growth in Sealed Air’s food business. In November 2025, Sealed Air agreed to be acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice for $10.3bn in an all-cash transaction. The deal, set to close in mid-2026, will make Sealed Air a privately held company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sealed Air recently introduced the AUTOBAG 850HB hybrid bagging machine, offering automated packaging with versatile capabilities.
