Enterprise Mobility has acquired Hogan, adding over 10,000 units to its fleet and entering the heavy-truck market. The financial terms were not disclosed. Hogan offers various truck leasing and rental options, with over 3,000 employees in the U.S. Enterprise Mobility’s CEO stated the expanded portfolio can cater to all vehicle classes in North America. Hogan will continue to operate independently, providing customers with a wider range of services. Hogan Truck Leasing has 1,750 power units. This acquisition enhances the network and fleet for both companies.
