Grott brings extensive experience in the footwear industry, having worked with companies like Adidas, TaylorMade, and Ariat International. Founded in 1997, OrthoLite is a global leader in open-cell foam insoles, supplying over 500 million pairs annually to 550 brand customers worldwide.
