Ambarella develops system-on-a-chip semiconductor solutions for various markets such as automotive cameras, security cameras, robotics, and consumer imaging devices.

Ambarella reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $108.5 million, with edge AI revenue reaching a record high, while non-GAAP earnings hit $11.9 million. The stock’s reaction to the earnings report was due to caution around near-term margins and fourth-quarter guidance, not a reversal in demand.
