The cash distribution will be $0.05333 per unit, totaling $0.64 annually, payable on February 13, 2026, to unitholders of record by January 30, 2026. Another distribution of the same amount will be paid on March 13, 2026, to unitholders of record by February 27, 2026. Nexus focuses on acquiring industrial properties in Canada’s primary and secondary markets, currently owning 89 properties totaling 12.9 million square feet of leasable area.
