Australian miner S2 Resources sells Fosterville tenement to Agnico Eagle Mines’ subsidiary, receiving A$17m. The deal is complete, giving S2 Resources a total cash position of over A$21.5m for exploration programmes, starting with the Warraweena project in New South Wales. Discussions underway for exploration in Jillewarra region and new opportunities locally and internationally.
