Suzuki Motor Corporation launches “Ollo Factory,” an AI work analysis platform by Ollo, at Sagara Plant to digitalize production, enhance real-time monitoring, and improve training and quality control. The tool aims to increase work efficiency, ensure consistent quality, and prevent defective products from leaving the plant.
The software will be gradually implemented at all Suzuki production sites in Japan, with plans to extend to overseas locations. Suzuki aims to elevate quality and productivity standards globally, using its Japanese factories as technology showcases. The company continues to advance digital tools through the Suzuki Smart Factory initiative.
Suzuki’s senior managing officer praises “Ollo Factory” for resolving chronic defects and real-time detection of important work points, stabilizing quality, and boosting efficiency. The carmaker looks forward to further enhancing production site operations with the AI-based software.
