ServiceNow To Buy Atrinet NetACE Network Technology For Undisclosed Terms; In AI Deal With NVIDIA

ServiceNow has agreed to acquire NetACE network management and automation technology from Atrinet, aiming to accelerate business transformation for telecommunications companies. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter, enabling end-to-end network lifecycle management for telcos on a single digital workflow platform with AI capabilities.

ServiceNow’s partnership with Atrinet includes making Atrinet a certified ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner, expanding service offerings to customers. The company also announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to launch generative AI solutions for telcos, such as Now Assist for Telecommunications Service Management, aiming to improve agent productivity, resolution times, and customer experiences.

Segra, a fiber infrastructure bandwidth company, has chosen ServiceNow to launch its SegraOne for Case and Incident Management, utilizing ServiceNow Telecom Service Management to simplify workflows and enhance customer and employee experiences. The partnership seeks to transform customer service processes and improve operational efficiency.
