NBCC will receive a 21.23-acre land parcel in south Delhi and develop a mixed-use real estate project. Coforge is acquiring AI firm Encora for $2.35 billion. Economic data on industrial production and manufacturing sector output for November will be released today. On Friday, Indian shares ended lower, with the Sensex falling 0.43% and Nifty down 0.38%.
In the US, stocks showed little direction on Friday, with the S&P 500 reaching a new record high before closing slightly lower. The Dow and Nasdaq also edged down slightly.
