Azenta, Inc. announced the sale of its B Medical Systems business to THELEMA S.À R.L. for $63 million. The sale is expected to simplify Azenta’s portfolio and prioritize core capabilities. The deal is set to close on or before March 31, 2026, with proceeds being used to strengthen the company. Azenta’s stock closed at $34.75, up 0.70 percent on the Nasdaq.
