Fairfax Holdings, already a 10 percent owner, acquired $67 million in additional shares on December 30, following a series of buying activities. Revenues dropped by 5 percent in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 for Under Armour Inc. (NYSE:UA), with a swing to a net loss of $18.8 million.

Fairfax Holdings also bought 15.68 million more Class A and C common shares in Under Armour Inc. (NYSE:UA) at average prices of $4.6133 and $4.4055.
