Cryptocurrency investment products saw $47 billion in inflows in 2025, just below 2024’s total, driven by new crypto ETF launches in the US. Bitcoin inflows dropped 35%, while Ether, XRP, and Solana ETPs surged. Global crypto ETP assets rose to $180 billion by late 2025, with Ether, XRP, and Solana leading the way.

Ether ETPs had the strongest gains in 2025 with $12.7 billion in inflows, up 138% from the previous year. Solana funds grew by 1,000% and XRP products by 500%. Other altcoins saw a 30% decline in sentiment YoY, according to CoinShares.

The US attracted the majority of crypto fund inflows in 2025 at $47.2 billion, representing 84% of global crypto ETP assets. Germany and Canada also saw significant growth in inflows, with Germany jumping from $43 million in 2024 to $2.5 billion in 2025.

Crypto ETPs started 2026 strong with $671 million in inflows last Friday, following two weeks of outflows at the end of December. The gains brought total inflows for the week to $582 million.
