The system is expected to boost automation, data quality, and real-time insights across sales, service, operations, and claims. Novidea CEO Roi Agababa is excited about the partnership, emphasizing the platform’s ability to handle complexity and deliver agility in the competitive market. Novidea, an Israel-based insurtech company, acquired Docomotion in 2024 and serves over 350 customers globally. In November 2024, Novidea opened a London office to support its growing team and enhance customer service. The company is expanding in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
