JPMorgan Chase will replace Goldman Sachs Bank USA as the issuer of Apple Card over the next 24 months, pending regulatory approvals. Users will maintain the same benefits, including up to 3% Daily Cash back, Apple Card Family sharing, and access to a high-yield Savings account. Apple Card Monthly Installments will also continue.

The transition is expected to transfer over $20 billion of card balances to Chase, with JPMorgan Chase setting aside $2.2 billion for credit losses in the fourth quarter of 2025. Apple Card, currently issued by Goldman Sachs Bank USA, is available to qualifying applicants in the United States through Apple Payments Services LLC.
