Brunswick Exploration Inc. announces a maiden, open-pit Mineral Inferred Resource Estimate of 52.2 million tonnes grading 1.08% Li2O and 131ppm Ta2O5 for the Mirage Project in Quebec, Canada. The resource is among the largest undeveloped hard rock lithium resources in the Americas, with an Exploration Target indicating further growth potential.
The Mirage Project has a significant opportunity for continued growth with an Exploration Target of 40-50Mt grading 0.80-1.10% Li2O and 120-145ppm Ta2O5. The resource and target are confined to a core area of approximately 1.5 by 3.0 kilometers, with substantial exploration potential both within and beyond this area.
Metallurgical testwork at Mirage shows potential for a dense media separation processing flowsheet, producing a high-quality concentrate. The resource and target were estimated after only 23,626 meters of drilling and 62 channel samples, positioning Brunswick Exploration as a leading lithium exploration company.
The Exploration Target is estimated to be between 40 and 50 million tonnes of mineralization grading between 0.80% and 1.10% Li2O and between 120ppm and 145ppm Ta2O5, largely constrained to the same MRE pit shell area. The Exploration Target represents an opportunity for further exploration and growth at the Mirage Project.
Brunswick Exploration’s Mirage Project is the flagship lithium exploration asset located in Quebec, with multiple spodumene-bearing pegmatite dykes showing strong continuity and open mineralization. Metallurgical tests indicate potential for cost-effective lithium concentrate production, supporting the project’s potential for near-term growth.
Next steps for Brunswick Exploration include planning a new drill campaign at Mirage to further explore the project’s full potential. Limited drilling outside the current resource area has identified additional mineralization, highlighting the high exploration potential of the project. Further details on exploration plans will be released in early 2026.
