US-based crypto exchanges like Coinbase and Kraken are diversifying revenue through acquisitions in 2025. Coinbase acquired Spindle, Roam, Liquifi, Deribit, and The Clearing Company. Kraken bought NinjaTrader, Capitalise.ai, and Backed Finance AG. These acquisitions aim to expand product offerings and global presence in the cryptocurrency sector.
