Vistra Corporation signs a 20-year power purchase agreement with Meta Platforms, Inc. to provide over 2,600 megawatts of zero-carbon energy from three nuclear plants. Meta will purchase 2,176 MW from Perry and Davis-Besse plants in Ohio and 433 MW from equipment upgrades at various plants. Capacity to be added to the grid through 2034.

The electricity generated will benefit all electricity users as Meta’s purchases begin in late 2026. Vistra Corporation’s stock (VST) was up by 11.56% at $168 in pre-market trading on the NYSE.
