Rubico Inc (RUBI) announced a public offering of 6,666,666 units, each with one share of common stock and 1.5 Class B Warrants at $0.60 per unit. Gross proceeds expected to be around $4M. Maxim Group is the sole placement agent. The offering is set to close on January 12.
