Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a revenue of $7.50bn for Q3 FY25, a slight decrease from the previous year. However, there was a 0.6% increase from the previous quarter and a 0.8% growth in constant currency. Net income rose to $1.5bn, showing a 3.1% year-over-year increase, with the net margin improving to 20.0%. AI services were a key driver, with annualized revenue hitting $1.8bn, marking a 17.3% increase quarter-over-quarter. TCS also partnered with TPG to enhance its AI data center business and signed an agreement to acquire Coastal Cloud for $700m to bolster Salesforce consulting capabilities. Additionally, TCS expanded its partnership with Google Cloud and ABB, and secured a contract with NHS Supply Chain for application development support. TCS also announced plans to create 5,000 new jobs in the UK over the next three years.
