Discounted stocks are still available on European markets despite a strong 2025. The Morningstar Developed Markets Europe Index rose 16.27%, but some sectors, like healthcare, underperformed. Four of the top 10 undervalued quality stocks are in the healthcare sector. GN Store Nord’s stock is trading at a 55% discount to its fair value. Tate & Lyle shares have fallen 42% and trade at a 50% discount. Edenred shares are down 36% and are now 49% below their fair value. Nexi lost 16.59% in 2025 and its shares are now 47% off their fair value. Elekta is undervalued with a price/fair value ratio of 0.53. Croda International saw a 21% decline and is trading at a 47% discount. DSM-Firmenich shares have fallen 27% and have a price/fair value ratio of 0.57. Coloplast shares are down 27% and over 40% below their fair value. Pandora’s stock was down 44.84% in 2025 and is now trading at a 40% discount. Fresenius Medical Care lost 4.44% last year and is 40% below its fair value.
