Koch Companies has expanded its warehousing and retail fulfillment network by acquiring Store Opening Solutions (SOS), a Murfreesboro, Tennessee-based company specializing in retail inventory consolidation. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This move is part of Koch’s strategy to strengthen and expand its logistics, fulfillment, and trucking capabilities. The acquisition will double Koch’s warehousing network to 3 million square feet. Koch has had an operations team at SOS since 1999, serving major retailers. CEO Jeff Koch stated that this acquisition will position the business and customers for long-term success.
