Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (BMNR) is investing $200 million in Beast Industries, with backers including ARK’s Cathie Wood and Pantera. The deal aims to acquire 5% of Ethereum (ETH) and is set to close on Jan. 19, 2026. BMNR’s stock closed at $32.66 on Wednesday, up 4.61%. Thomas ‘Tom’ Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, stated that their values align with Beast Industries, described as the largest creator-based platform. The investment is supported by various prominent investors like Founders Fund and Galaxy Digital.
