Orion Oyj’s nomination committee has recommended the composition of the board of directors for the 2026 annual general meeting. The committee recommends a board size of eight members, including current members and two new additions, Minna Maasilta and Sophie Papa. The committee also recommended the remuneration for board members, including an annual fee of 120,000 euros for the chairman and 60,000 euros for regular members.
