Egg Power secures £400m in debt financing from NatWest Group to accelerate renewable energy projects in Europe, targeting sectors seeing growth from AI adoption and data usage.

NatWest Group is the sole underwriter and will support 250MW of solar and wind farms in the UK, with total funding backing up to 500MW projects in the UK and Europe.

Projects include ecological improvements and job creation, with initial UK projects expected to power 120,000 homes annually, supported by long-term power purchase agreements.

Construction underway at three UK solar sites, with full portfolio expected to be operational between Q22026 and Q1 2027, aiming to deliver 1.5GW of clean energy capacity by 2028.

Egg Power acquires Grange solar farm rights in Suffolk, marking its third major UK solar project and strengthening its position as a leading renewable energy platform in Europe.
