KKR & Co. Inc. and Altavair L.P. have signed a deal for KKR to increase its ownership stake in Altavair and AV AirFinance. KKR will fund the investment from its balance sheet. This deepens the strategic partnership between KKR and Altavair, with KKR-managed funds committing over $5 billion to aircraft leasing and lending transactions since 2018.
