AstraZeneca PLC announced the voluntary withdrawal of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) and debt securities from listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market. The listing on Nasdaq is set to end on January 30, 2026, with trading on the NYSE starting on February 2, 2026. Shareholders will be able to trade ordinary shares across the London Stock Exchange, Nasdaq Stockholm, and the NYSE following the Harmonised Listing Structure implementation. The ordinary shares will still be listed under the ticker symbol AZN.
