HashiCorp announced a strong finish to fiscal 2024, with fourth quarter revenue reaching $155.8 million, a 15% year-over-year increase. Total revenue for fiscal 2024 was $583.1 million, a 23% increase from the previous year. The company’s trailing four quarter average Net Dollar Retention Rate was 115% at the end of Q4.

Additionally, HashiCorp’s Board approved a $250 million share repurchase program. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024, total non-GAAP RPO was $801.4 million, up 19% year-over-year, with current non-GAAP RPO at $483.1 million, up 21% year-over-year. The company had a solid finish with GAAP net loss of $31.6 million.

In the fourth quarter, HashiCorp had 4,423 customers, with 897 customers having $100,000+ in ARR. Quarterly subscription revenue from HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP) reached $21.3 million. The company’s trailing four quarter average Net Dollar Retention Rate was 115%.

Some product updates during the quarter included the general availability of Terraform 1.7, new Terraform Cloud features, and a limited beta of HCP Vault Radar. HashiCorp also welcomed a new Chief Product Officer, extended its partnership with Google Cloud, and received various awards.
