Greene County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ-GCBC) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock, maintaining an annual cash dividend rate of $0.40 per share. The dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, will be paid to shareholders of record as of February 13, 2026, and is expected to be paid on February 27, 2026. The majority-owned subsidiary of Greene County Bancorp, MHC will not waive its right to receive dividends for the quarter.
