Tech stocks rose late Wednesday, with XLK up 0.4% and XSD up 2.1%. The Philadelphia Semiconductor index also climbed 2%. JD.com shares surged 17% after Q4 results exceeded expectations and a $3 billion share buyback plan was announced. Palantir Technologies shares gained 10% following a $178.4 million contract with the US Army. CrowdStrike shares jumped 10% after doubling fiscal Q4 results. MicroStrategy shares surged 18% after pricing an upsized offering of convertible notes.
