The Board of Directors proposed a dividend authorization of EUR 0.14 per share for the financial year 2025. Nokia distributed a dividend of EUR 0.03 per share on January 29, 2026. The company plans to publish its “Nokia in 2025” annual report in March 2026 and hold its Annual General Meeting on April 9, 2026. Quarterly results will be published throughout the year.
