OpenAI improving governance structure with new directors after Altman's removal

The company aims to enhance its governance structure after Altman’s unanticipated removal in November. An external probe into his leadership has concluded. OpenAI plans to implement corporate guidelines, a whistleblower hotline, and additional board committees. The expanded board includes individuals with diverse experience in tech, nonprofit, and governance.
