Boeing has successfully negotiated a labor deal with former white-collar workers from Spirit AeroSystems. The agreement will cover around 2,200 employees who were laid off by Spirit AeroSystems last year due to the impact of the pandemic on the aviation industry. The deal includes improved severance packages and health benefits for the workers.
