In early trading, GE HealthCare Technologies led the Nasdaq 100 index, up 4.3% with a year-to-date gain of 0.2%. On the other end, Applovin was the worst performer, down 14% for the day and 41.1% year-to-date. Advanced Micro Devices fell 11.5%, while Amgen rose 3.4% in trading.
