Verizon accuses T-Mobile of deceptive practices by understating savings when bundling services like Netflix with HBO Max. T-Mobile, based in Washington, has not commented on the lawsuit. Verizon seeks triple damages under the Lanham Act for intentional false advertising, as well as damages for violating New York laws on unfair competition and trade practices.

Verizon has 146.9 million subscribers, T-Mobile has 139.9 million, and AT&T Mobility ranks third with 120.1 million. Lawsuit aims to stop challenged ads. T-Mobile and Verizon have not provided additional comments on the matter.
