Q4 results showed 2.5% YoY revenue growth to $138.2 billion, 0.5% YoY operating cash flow growth to $37.1 billion, and 1.5% YoY free cash flow growth to $20.1 billion. CEO Dan Schulman provided 2026 guidance of +2-3% revenue growth, +4-5% adjusted EPS growth, and +7% free cash flows to the firm.
Analysts raised target prices for Verizon due to strong subscriber adds and lower capital costs. Wells Fargo raised target price by $3 to $44, while Morgan Stanley increased it by $2 to $49. 39% of analysts have a “Buy” rating, 57% have a “Hold,” and 4% have a “Sell.” Median target price is $47, with upside potential of 5.57%.
