Blue & Co. acquires Texas-based D & Co., effective 1 February 2026. D & Co., now part of Blue & Co., offers healthcare reimbursement consulting services. Over 40 D & Co. employees join Blue & Co., bringing expertise in healthcare reimbursement, hospital consulting, audits, and financial advisory services. D & Co. leaders, including Brent Fuller and Tommy Davis, will become directors at Blue & Co. The acquisition expands Blue & Co.’s presence in Texas, strengthening their healthcare advisory services.
